Trekker Sunday

ATTENTION ALL TREKKERS:

On Sunday, March 22 we will have a big fund raising push at Church. We will have a car wash, a garage sale, a stock sale and the opportuinty for folks to order Dave Hamlin's patio furniture. It is my hope that all of you will be able to be with us and help us reach our goal of $27,000. Please sign up at Fish fry, on this blog or e-mail me at mscholz@stvincentparish.org

Here is what we need:



Car wash folks:

2 adults and as many teens as we can get from 7:30- 1pm.



Garage sale folks

at least one adult as four teens. At 7:45 set up and price to open from 9-4pm



Stock sale

Teens can cover this. We need 3 folks 15 minutes before each Mass and 1/2 hour after, to sell stock at tables in the Narthex. You will fill out the stock certificate with how many shares they are buying then have them address an envelope. Turn in the money and the envelopes to me after every Mass. You may also want to hit Coffee and Ds.



Special order Dave's furniture can be done in the Church while you sell stocks.



When you sign up, tell me for what and time in and out. Please do that by Tuesday so I can fill in any holes we may have.

Also, I will be handing everyone a flier and order form for tickets to Silverwood theme park this June. Please get it back to me asap. That way I can get the tickets etc

Crab feed

Here it is the end of January and time for the annual crab feed. We need everybody. So, bring a friend. Please be at the hall by 5:30 for pizza and instructions. Then the serving begins. Wear a trekker shirt and an apron. ( I have some).
We need to help them clean up a bit by cleaning off the tables and ripping up the paper table clothes. Should be done around 9. It is always fun to hang out and see how much tip money we made.
